Mr. Jacobs was born in Mississippi, and grew up on the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Jacobs has always been creative, impetuous and determined. These qualities have proven to be a crucial ingredient for his success. He has the disciplined patience needed for translating his ideas into realty.
Mr. Jacobs is a United States Army Veteran. He entered the United States Army Signal Corps in 1959. After basic training, Mr. Jacobs entered an Advanced Individual Training Group in Fort Gordon, Georgia, where he became an expert in Communications.
